Rudy was our first ever Jersey Wooly! We bought him from Lance Higbee in the summer of 2008 as a promising junior when we started showing purebreds. He won his first leg at his first arba show in September 2008. Rudy was our herd buck for 2009. This year we are using his grandson as our main breeding buck, but he's still active on the show table. Rudy has some nice depth, as well as a great chunk head. He has slightly pinched hips with being a little long in body. When in condition, he has a an overall nice coat. He is nearing his end of is show career although you may still see him up at casual shows.

Sgt. is newer to the herd. Yet another buck we bought from Lance at fair 2009. He is a REW carrier as well as a self and dilute. Sgt. hasn't shown much yet; as a junior he placed either BOS or middle class. We look forward to showing him at springtime shows. Again, we bred him in 2009 and plan to have a few litters this year with him. Otherwise, he'll be showing. He is a nicely balanced rabbit with a good head, should, and ears. His wool has an uneven texture to density ratio and could also use more depth.
