Purchase Terms

All sales are final.

All sales are on a first come first serve basis.

Every rabbit will be sold to a trusted breeder, exhibiter, or pet owner.

Any healthy rabbit may be returned at any time after purchase.

No animal will be sold to a person asking after his/her rabbit was killed by injury, accident, or predator.

Reselling an animal is only accepted when permission is given and contact to the new owner is obtained.


Holds and Waiting Lists

We will hold a rabbit for free for up to one day.

Any hold after this must include a 50% deposit of the price. This will last up to two weeks.

This deposit is non-refundable.

Holds will only be placed when a rabbit is mature enough to be sold.

If no rabbits are available anyone may be placed on a free waiting list.

The waiting list is on a first come first serve basis.

People placed on a waiting list will be notified as soon as rabbits are available.

72 hours are given after notification to deposit for a rabbit.

If no deposit is placed, then the next person on the list will be notified.


Guarantee

We promise to be courteous and fair as much as possible.

Every rabbit is purebred and comes with a pedigree.

Each animal sold is in good health and has been socialized with humans.

Every rabbit should be ARBA showable and the time of sale unless told otherwise.

We will not replace any rabbits that develop any disqualifications after purchase.
